Easy Smoothie Recipe
Confession...I gave up snacks for Lent (cookies, cake, candy, chips, etc.) and I have been struggling(dot)com! While I knew it was going to be a challenge and that I needed to improve my eating habits, I didn't realize how dependent I had become on junk food. I also knew that in order to be disciplined I had to make sure to have healthy alternatives on hand. I'm happy to report that over that past few weeks it has become

second nature to pick up a piece of fruit instead of a snack cake ;-). And because eating fruit alone has become a little repetitive, I have added smoothies to my repertoire. My favorite is the strawberry banana smoothie created with Yoplait Greek 100 Whips (shown below).
