Why Am I Always on a Diet???
Diets are definitely a recurring theme in my life. Although I fall off the wagon OFTEN, I believe they keep me balanced in a weird way. There are times that I eat really bad and then force myself to exercise. Then there are times that I eat healthy and am bad about exercising. The ideal time is when I'm eating healthy and exercising. Even during those times, I crave dessert. I have been been on a Fiber One kick for a while now. Fiber One coffeecakes and my morning cup of coffee are my go-to breakfast when I'm on the go, which is most of the time~
